The Urhobo Progress Union, UPU Oil and Gas Technical Committee has hailed the Paramount Ruler of Okpe Hrm. Orhue 1, the Orodje of Okpe Kingdom on his installation as Chancellor of Nigerian Army University Biu, Borno State.
The Committee in a message made available to RERO TV signed by its Chairman, Comr. Ighoyota Lucky said that the Orodje’s elevation is worth celebrating as the Monarch has added more prestige and respect to his people.
