The Chairman of Ethiope West Local Government Area of Delta State, Hon Pastor Nelson Owoso has bagged an award for the best and positive hard working Local Government Chairman in Nigeria at the Nigeria Local Government summit currently ongoing in Abuja, the Federal Capital territory of Nigeria.
Owoso is among the 25 Local Government Chairmen in Delta State who attended the summit but has been distinguished due to his workmanlike nature that has seen him continously deliver his “Visible Transformation” agenda to his people.
