Breaking : Sapele LGA Chairman, Hon Bright Abeke has been kidnapped
*BREAKING: Gunmen Abduct Sapele Council Boss, Shoot Vigilante, One Other.*
Gunmen on Friday night at about 7:25pm abducted the Chairman of Sapele Local Government Area, Hon. Okakuro Bright Afure Abeke, in Delta State.
The council boss was reportedly kidnapped at his hotel Debrofred along Owumi Road in Sapele.
Eyewitnesses said the assailants, who arrived in a Range Rover Car, opened fire on Vigilante Ufuoma and one other before whisking Bright Abeke away to an unknown destination.
Vigilante Ufuoma has been taken to an undisclosed hospital, and details of his condition remain unclear as of press time.
APC Stalwart have continued to flood the hostel to get information on what happened to their party member.
