All is now set for the maiden matriculation celebration of the College of Education Warri Distance Learning Programme on Friday March 18th at the College main field in Otorho – Idjerhe, Jesse Town.
The event will see the presence of the education driven Monarch of Idjerhe Kingdom Hrm King Obukowho Monday Arthur Whiskey, Udurhie the 1st and other top Chiefs and Government functionaries in the Kingdom.
