Gandoki while speaking on WAZOBIA 95.1FM during the night show on Tuesday, 26th April has alleged that the 1hectare of land housing the Church structure situated at Cemetery Road, opposite Warri City Stadium, Delta State belongs to him and was purchased illegally by Living Faith Church through her pastorates without his notice.
He shockingly added that all the legal papers of the land are currently with him (Gandoki) but the said land was illegally purchased by Winners Chapel with structures built on it already.
The comedian further claimed that the pastors involved bought the land for N90million but the purchasing price reflecting at the church’s headquarters from report he got is N150million.
In line with this, the comedian has called on Oyedepo and the church pastorates to do the needful to avoid being legal penalties while calling on law enforcement agencies and other necessary authorities to come to his aide to get his land back.
Amidst these allegations, the church is yet to release any official statement.
