Recalled That recently, the DC 23 Screening Committee Submitted Names of 5 Shortlisted aspirants after rigorous screening exercise that resulted to the disqualification of some of the heavyweights such as Chief Ejaife Odebala, Chief Fred Majemite, and host of others who are still not satisfied with the reasons for their disqualification thereby forging ahead with their ambitions to occupy the Number 1 seat of the state.
Meanwhile the Screening committee was asked to trim the numbers of aspirants to just 3 in other for them to get closer to the original reason behind the birth of DC-23.
The 5 Shortlisted names are Chief Emmanuel Aghariavwodo, Chief David Edevbie, Chief Kenneth Gbagi, Chief James Augoye and Rt. Hon. Chief Sheriff Oborevwori.
It Should be noted that the Final 3 Aspirants to be screened-in as directed by Chief Ighoyota Amori will be as follow.
