Below is an extract of the speech made by the Chairman, People’s Democratic Party, Delta State at The Ongoing Mega Rally in Ozoro, Dta State

“Our Party Conducted One of Fairest GOVERNORSHIP Primaries in Delta State and in That Primaries, a Candidate Emerged. Our Party Have Dutifully Submitted The Name of That Candidate. As a responsible and Respected Party Haven Conducted a Free, Fair and Credible Election, It is Our Responsibility To Stand and Defend The Outcome of That Primaries. As I Speak, The Issue Before The Court Has Nothing To Do With The Integrity and Credibility of That Primaries. But I Want To Say, Because Our Party is Responsible, It is Also The Constitutional Right and That Right Is Also Backed By The Electoral Act of Anybody Who Fill Aggrieved To Approach The Court.

We Are Not Against Anybody Approaching The Court, But You Must Also Know That If You Approach The Court and The Court Gives You Judgement, The Man Who You Took To Court Also Have The Constitutional Right To Appeal The Judgement. By The Action From INEC Yesterday is That PDP Should Wait Pending When The Court, I mean The Final Court Deliver Her Judgement”
