Popular Okpe Son from Sapele Local Government Area under Okpe, Sapele and Uvwie Federal Constituency (OSU), Dr. Michael Erotoma Omuvwie has penned a heartfelt felicitation message to the executive Governor of Delta State Governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori as he clocks 62.
In a signed statement made available to RERO TV, Dr Omuvwie an ardent supporter of the MORE AGENDA of the Delta State Governor and a grassroots mobilizer extolled the Governor, showering him immense praise for his result oriented style of Administration “that has left Deltans calling for a 2nd Term.
His statement reads,
“Over the years we have had series of Governors in Delta State. Many have come and contributed their quota but none has achieved in 2 years what Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori has achieved.
” Your Excellency, our shining armor, the Ukodo of the Great Okpe kingdom, i had every conviction 2 years ago that your emergence as Governor of our State is a square peg in a square hole. Even while some persons doubted your credibility, i never did because as an Okpe man, i had followed your track records right from the day you started climbing the Political Ladder.
“One thing has stood out for you and that has been your courage to face challenges and profer solutions where it seems impossible.
” To say i, and every Deltan is proud to have you would be an understatement, as we are already looking forward to your 2nd term in office due to your merits just two years into your first tenure.
” 25 Local Government Areas beaming with massive projects ongoing simultaneously, we have never had it so good sir, your transformational style is second to none and with you i know that Delta will become a prosperous State again.
” As you turn 62 today, i congratulate you our amiable Governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, and it is my prayers that God will continue to give you wisdom and strength to steer the wheels of Delta State to greater heights.
