Frontline Aspirant for Delta State House of Assembly representing Ethiope West State Constituency Hon Chief Wellington Oyibo JP has picked up his expression of interest form ahead of the PDP primaries. In a Facebook message on his personal account Chief Oyibo made it known with the following message:
Today, I purchased my expression of interest and nomination forms for the DTHA Ethiope West constituency at the PDP State secretariat Asaba. This is to further strengthen our collective resolve on delivering effective legislation for the benefits of the good people of Ethiope West and Delta State at large.
