Clarke’s Personal Vendetta against Okowa Exposed by Hon. Matthew Eferegor Omene.(House of Assembly aspirant and illustrious son of Mosogar Kingdom) Founder Ogidi Political Forum .
E.K. Clarke has made a number of unfounded allegations of corruption and misappropriation of funds against former Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State. These allegations include:
Embezzlement of state funds
Awarding contracts to his cronies
Total corrupotion by his administration.
Clarke has not provided any evidence to support any of these unfounded allegations. He has simply made these claims without any substantiation.
The allegations against Okowa and his administration are unfounded and baseless.
There is no evidence to support them. In fact, there is evidence to the contrary. For example, Okowa’s administration has been praised for its transparency and accountability by countless CSO’s,NGO’s both local and international.
Okowa has a long history of public service. He has served as a Councillor, Local Government Chairman, Commissioner, SSG, Senator, Governor and currently the vice presidential candidate of the biggest political party in Africa (PDP) at the just concluded 2023 Presidential Election.
He has a reputation for honesty and integrity that has never been in doubt even by the opposition party.
The allegations against Okowa and his administration are false and defamatory. They should be disregarded.
Clarke has a history of making false and defamatory allegations against any government that is determined to use public funds for public use as against his policies of spoon feeding him and his cronies. He started with Ex.Governor James Ibori then advanced to his successor Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan now Sen. Ifeanyi Okowa.
Clarke has a personal vendetta against Okowa. The people of Delta state are already used to his antics and can’t be fooled all the time.
It is laughable seeing cronies of E.K Clarke who is assumed a statesman condescending to feeding bottle kind of politicking.
Okowa has a strong record of transparency and accountability with a reputation for honesty and integrity.
The good people of Ijaw should thread cautiously as not to allow E.K Clarke truncate their long awaited desire and opportunity to be in Osadebey house come 2031.
