The Special Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Political and founder of Top Ogidi Political Forum, Hon Matthew Eferegor Omene has celebrated with Christians the World over on Easter Day Celebration on 5th April 2026.
The Special Assistant in a communique forwarded to Rero TV said that Jesus Christ is the reason for the season and that his resurrection marks the end of tribulations as Christians can now jubilate his triumph over death.
“I, Hon. Matthew Eferegor Omene (OGIDI 1) Special Assistant to Delta State Governor on Political and the entire Ogidi political forum Felicitates my Christian brothers and sisters all over the World as we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.
“Christ’s resurrection is a dawn of a new beginning for us and a chance for a new chapter as Christians.
” I want to urge believers to remain steadfast and Resolute in the work of God and keep on spreading the gospel despite the numerous challenges.
“I pray for every believer that God in his infinite mercy will hear our cries and yearnings as his rising marks divine cleansing and uplifting for us all.
