Former House of Assembly Aspirant in Ethiope West Local Government Area of Delta State, Hon Godday Eferegor Matthew Omene has sent birthday wishes to the immediate past Chairman of Ethiope West Local Government, Hon Pastor Nelson Owoso on his birthday anniversary.
Eferegor, the founder of top Delta PDP Pressure Group, the Ogidi Political Forum in his message made available to RERO TV, said Owoso is a man of inestimable value, who has lived up to his words with his visible transformation promise to Ethiope West so evident.
Eferegor said Owoso is a personification of humility and a forthright human being who is much heralded wherever he goes.
