Aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party in Ethiope Federal Constituency, Hon Ben Rollands Igbakpa has reacted to the results of the party primaries which ended in a draw against Hon Erhiatake Ibori Suenu at Oghara, Delta State.
The results of the election ended in a tie as both aspirants scored 34 votes each
