The founder and members of viral Peoples Democratic Party, PDP group, the Ogidi Political Forum has congratulated the flagbearer of the PDP in the forthcoming Ethiope West Local Government Area Chairmanship Elections, Hon Pastor Christian Onogba on his emergence.
In a statement made available to RERO TV, the group and its founder, Comr Eferegor Matthew Omene expressed great satisfaction on the emergence of Hon Onogba and they described it as a well taken decision.
“On behalf of myself, Hon Godday Eferegor Matthew Omene and the entire members and leaders of Ogidi Political Forum, we wish to congratulate Mosogar’s own and one of us, Hon Pastor Christian Onogba on his emergence as the PDP flagbearer in Ethiope West Local Government Area Elections.
“This is a square peg in a square hole and a well thought out decision. Onogba’s emergence is an Equitable one especially for Mosogar residents and we wish to salute the leaders of Ethiope West for this giant stride.
” We thank our Political Legend of Mosogar, Senator Chief Ighoyota Amori, We also want to greet Hon Chief Ben Rollands Igbakpa and Chief John Obukohwo Nani for making sure that equity returns to Ethiope West Local Government.
” However, our most profound gratitude goes to the workaholic Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori for being a listening Governor and a people’s opinion type of leader.
” We are indeed pleased with Onogba as the next Council Chairman of Ethiope West, and while we pray for God’s wisdom and guidance upon him, we want to state that we have full confidence on his person and we are very optimistic that Ethiope West will experience greater development under his administration”.
