“Fast with common sense”, The Director General of NAFDAC, Prof. Mojisola Adeyeye warns citizens, as she stated that excessive fast can affect the kid ney.
She gave the warning at a press conference yesterday in Abuja where she stated thus “We are a very religious country, Muslims and Christians, we fast a lot, and it is part of the kid ney problem” .
Prof. Mojisola revealed that the 10 to 20 days fasting people engage in punishes the kid ney.
She further emphasised thatthe body is supposed to have homeostasis balance, meaning the water level in your body must be enough to make the organs to function..
So make everybody dae try fast with sense.
