The Rt Hon Chief Napoleon Gbinije has sent a heartfelt tribute to the Chairman, Delta Central Senatorial District of the All Progressives Congress APC, Okakuro Paulinus Akpeki in commemoration of his birth anniversary.
Chief Gbinije, a one time House of Representatives Member in Okpe / Sapele / Uvwie Federal Constituency in his message admonished the strong commitment of Chief Akpeki to the advancement of the APC in Delta State and his dogged dedication that has placed him in the limelight for so many years.
