The paramount ruler of Idjerhe Kingdom in Ethiope West Local Government Area of Delta State, Hrm King Obukowho Monday Arthur Whiskey JP, Udurhie 1 has on behalf of the Great Idjerhe Kingdom sent congratulations to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa upon his nomination as running mate to Alhaji Atiku Abubakar for PDP in 2023 Presidential Election.
Governor Okowa who shares a special bond with the people of Idjerhe Kingdom due to his massive developmental impact in the Kingdom was hailed by the Monarch in a statement made available to RERO TV which reads thus :
“It is with great joy that the entire Idjerhe Kingdom wishes to congratulate the hardworking Governor of Delta State, His Excellency Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on your nomination as the running mate to Alhaji Atiku Abubakar for PDP in 2023 Presidential Election.
We want to first of all thank you for always yielding to our calls and bringing infrastructure to Idjerhe Kingdom. You have maintained a steady relationship with Idjerhe Kingdom and your impact has been felt all through the three sub clans in Idjerhe Kingdom.
You have demonstrated true leadership devoid of ethnic sentiment and political consideration in Sharing democratic dividends that the entire people of the great Idjerhe kingdom are full of genuine appreciation to you and the government of Delta under your able purposeful leadership.
