Suspected IPOB gunmen seen brutalizing primary school teacher and pupils caught in violation of the sit at home ordered by the group in protest against the continued incarceration of the group’s leader.
Incident happened in Enugu West, Enugu state.
It remains to be seen the concrete steps being taken by the state governments to nip the activities of the marauding gunmen in the mud.
