Comr. Ogboru has been confirmed dead alongside another unidentified male after suffering from gunshot wounds. Barely 24 hours ago he declared himself as the new Youth Chairman of Udurhie Community in Oghareki, Oghara, Ethiope West Local Government Area of Delta State.
