Freshly minted Peoples Democratic Party, PDP member in Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State, Olorogun Ejiro Dumasi, the CEO of Marine Tech and Industrial Services Limited has sent a goodwill message to the immediate Past Executive Governor of Delta State, Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa on the occasion of his 65th birthday.
