Popular custodian of Okpe Culture, Okakuro Dr Anthony Aghogho Owumi, the Omamigho of Great Okpe Kingdom has joined millions to celebrate the Delta State Deputy Governor, His Excellency, Sir Monday Onyeme on his 61st Birthday.
Owumi, in a statement released to Rero TV described Sir Onyeme as a team player, a result oriented Administrator that has worked amicably with the Delta State Governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori to advance Delta.
