Former Senior Special Assistant on Security matters and Special duties to former Governor of Delta State, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Okowa, Rt Hon Simon Onosakponome also known as Onosa Onosa has heralded Ethiope West and Mosogar Political bigwig, Chief Ighoyota Amori as he turns 71.
