Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State met with President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa in Abuja on Tuesday.
He was accompanied by Samuel Aruwan, Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs in Kaduna.
Out of respect, the governor went on his knees before the president. This has stirred conversations.
