President General of Urhobo Progress Union, Engr. Chief Joe Omene, the Ejorhofo of Mosogar Kingdom has congratulated the Executive Governor of Delta State, Sen Ifeanyi Okowa upon his emergence as the PDP Vice presidential running mate to Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
Ejorhofo in a statement made available to RERO TV, described Okowa’s victory as a win for Delta State as he foresees it as a medium for more development to come to the State.
“I humbly wish to congratulate Governor Okowa on his victory as the running mate to Alhaji Atiku Abubakar for the 2023 Presidential Election under the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
This is a win for Delta State at large as it would propel our state for more benefits at the federal level. For so long we have been yearning for this type of position and it will bring so much development to our State if he Okowa and Atiku wins the presidential election come 2023.
I want to congratulate Deltans too for this victory and the Urhobo Nation is proud to be associated with such a success”.
