Popular Okpe Chief, Okakuro Anthony Aghogho Owumi, the Omamigho of Great Okpe Kingdom has sent his heartfelt felicitations to the Paramount Ruler of Okpe, HRM Orhue 1, the Orodje of Okpe Kingdom on his successful installation as the Chancellor of Nigerian Army University, Biu, Borno State and his award of Doctorate of Laws.
