My friend, Chief Barr. John Nani, I have watched you metamorphosis from the brave Youth that stood up against oppression and gave your people a voice in the corridors of power. You have scaled heights unimaginable not through the backdoor but by your cheer grit and dedication to service.
You have represented your people so remarkably that you earned the title “AGHWEMUTUWEVWI”.
Over the years I have carefully watched you progress and to be candid, I have not been surprised at how high God has taken you.
You have shown yourself to be a man’s man and a leader that your people can rely on. These attributes that are enviable, you have transcended to the state and today you have become the Chairman of DESOPADEC.
Change they say is constant, but a progressive change is the yearning of all and your diligence and character is propelling you to the very apex.
Words will fail me to express just how much I admire your personality so on your special day, I wish to tell you to hold on to that which has distinguished you among your peers and have catapulted you to the hearts of Deltans. You have not been a selfish Leader as hundreds can testify of your magnanimous qualities that has attracted thousands toward you like sugar to ants.
