The Senator representing Delta Central Senatorial District, Senator Ede Dafinone, has extended warm felicitations to the former Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Chief James Onanefe Ibori, on the occasion of his 68th birthday.
In a congratulatory message released on Tuesday, Senator Dafinone described the former governor as a distinguished leader whose vision, courage, and unwavering dedication to public service laid the enduring foundation for the emergence of a modern Delta State.
According to Dafinone, Chief Ibori’s impact on the state transcends mere physical infrastructure, noting that his structural investments in human capital and inclusive governance have left an indelible footprint across Nigeria.
“His investment in human capital, inclusive governance, and the empowerment of a new generation of political leaders has left an indelible mark on Delta State and Nigeria,” Dafinone stated.
