Senator Ede Dafinone, representing Delta Central Senatorial District, has congratulated Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, on her 66th birthday, commending her contributions to national development and the welfare of vulnerable Nigerians.
Dafinone, in a birthday message issued on behalf of his family and the people of Delta Central Senatorial District, described the First Lady’s career in public service as a testament to her commitment to faith, compassion and service to the nation.
He highlighted Senator Tinubu’s journey from her tenure as First Lady of Lagos State to her years as a senator representing Lagos Central and her current role as First Lady of Nigeria.
According to him, her record in public service reflects a consistent dedication to improving the lives of Nigerians.
Dafinone particularly praised the First Lady’s Renewed Hope Initiative, saying its interventions in education, healthcare, social investment, agriculture and economic empowerment had continued to support women, young people and vulnerable citizens across the country.
“Through the Renewed Hope Initiative, you have consistently demonstrated that leadership is ultimately about service to humanity,” Dafinone said.
