Ughelli South Local Government Area, Delta State have cried out to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori the executive governor of Delta State over flooding issues that has bedeviled the area and sack thousands of residents.
In a message conveyed by Comrade Engr. Efe Feludu O’Kwakpovwe on behalf of the dwellers he lamented the harsh reality of residents begging the governor to intervene immediately
