Former Chairman of National Union of Road Transport Workers, NURTW Sapele Chapter, Hon Ovo Abeke has stepped aside from all legal Cases against the Delta State Chairman of the NURTW, Chief Francis Arhiyor.
Hon Ovo Abeke a former Councillor in Sapele Local Government Area of Delta State made the affirmation to newsmen in a statement sighting that he is no longer a party to any court case against Chief Arhiyor as he has been urged by the larger family to collaborate for progress.
“I, Hon Ovo Abeke wishes to State categorically clear that I withdraw from any legal court case against my Brother, Chief Francis Arhiyor. Over the years we have worked together for progress and I want this to continue.
” There is no rift between me and Chief Arhiyor and the general public should be informed about this. I have been urged to collaborate and drop all issues with his Government as we work to promote peace and progress as enshrined in the MORE Agenda of our amiable Governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori “.
