Former Director of Projects at Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC, Pastor Philip Gbasin has hailed the immediate past Deputy Governor of Delta State, Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro on his birthday anniversary.
Gbasin in a message forwarded to RERO TV admonished Deacon Otuaro for his exemplary style of Leadership and his workman like nature of putting his whole efforts into making sure that Delta becomes a better and more greater State.
