Senator Ede Dafinone, representing the Delta Central Senatorial District, has congratulated the Ovie of Mosogar Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, HRM Sunday Odogu Okpurhe, Uduaka I, on the occasion of his fourth coronation anniversary.
In a congratulatory message marking the milestone, Dafinone described the monarch’s four years on the throne as a period characterised by leadership, peace and commitment to the development of Mosogar Kingdom.
The senator commended Uduaka I for what he described as his wisdom, fatherly counsel and efforts to foster unity among the various segments of the kingdom.
According to Dafinone, the traditional institution remains an important pillar of community development, noting that effective royal leadership should preserve the heritage of the people while also providing direction for the future.
“True royal leadership preserves heritage while lighting the path to the future—values Your Majesty continues to uphold with distinction,” Dafinone said.
The senator joined the people of Mosogar Kingdom and Delta State in celebrating the monarch’s fourth year on the throne and prayed for his continued good health, long life and divine wisdom.
He also wished Mosogar Kingdom continued peace, harmony and prosperity under the leadership of Uduaka I.
Dafinone represents the Delta Central Senatorial District in the National Assembly.
